As students finish the Transition Program, they will work with their Alta California Regional Center Service Coordinator to find an adult program that meets their needs and wants.  It is very important during this time to keep your file with Alta Regional open, as they will be instrumental in the next step or your life.

 

NOTE:  Many adult programs are held virtually during the COVID pandemic, but hope to open as soon as it is safe.
